Graham has been mentoring since 1997. He has worked with Boards, Chief Executives, Directors, Partners and other leaders in a wide range of businesses and professional services.

Training
Durgan Monstein plc, and its related business Emile Woolf International, provide a wide range of technical and non technical courses to both International and UK companies of all sizes.
Our programmes include Strategy, Leadership, Negotiating, Selling, Coaching and Presenting.
In association with Emile Woolf International we run technical training courses on subjects such as IFRS and Governance.

Consulting
Graham has run a listed public company and today is CEO at Emile Woolf, Chairman of Thomas Murray, Durgan Monstein PLC and the Non‐Executive Directors Association. He is also a member of WPO (World Presidents’ Organisation).
The Durgan Monstein team have a reputation for developing simple solutions. Recently they have assisted a number of blue chip organisations to develop their international presence particularly in China.
